Yahoo & Bing

Post by worldclass on Fri Feb 26, 2010 12:51 pm

The search engines have always been the one advertising medium that has helped online casino gambling grow over the past decade. With PPC search engines and other advertising sites having restricted advertising when it comes to gambling, the search engines have always allowed online gambling sites to be listed within their natural search results. While governments continued to ban online gambling, the search engines did not restrict visitors from accessing gambling sites.

That's odd. I think that search engines like Yahoo and Bing should advertise poker sites because it attracts people to the sites and makes the sites larger, but not every single person that sees the advertisement will get addicted to playing poker. They shouldn't think that because they advertise that people will get addicted. If one gets addicted, that's their problem to deal with, not the search engine's problem or fault. And to the government ban, I extremely disagree with it. Online gambling should be allowed to be played because it's fun, it's not like everyone is getting addicted to it, and the people that lose money, that's their fault! The government needs to realize that not everyone is addicted and it's their problem for losing their money, not theirs! Online Poker should be allowed to be played at any time, that's my opinion and I'm going to support it 100%.
